MasterBend Magazine

The magazine for spacer bar bending machine, Master-Bend 9-series,
is prepared with the following setup:
 

AM14, Automatic Magazine 14 slots.

  • Fully automatic 14 slot magazine.

  • 1 extra manual slot for special width or type spacer-bars.

  • All 15 slots controlled by software and automatically selected upon request
    from production list.

  • Automatic join of new spacer bar/profile.

  • Automatic return of spacer bar/profile into storage.

  • Set up for both 5 and 6 meter spacer-bars/profiles.

  • 6 support positions on 6 meter spacer bars,
    giving support on each spacer for every 1 meters when in storage.

  • Refilling during production possible, helping arms provided for vertical
    refilling.

  • Secure movement controlled by sensors or security scanners optimized
    in software.

AM01-6, Semi-automatic magazine.

  • Fully automatic 1 slot magazine

  • 6 extra storage slots.

  • 1 slot automatic controlled by software and automatically selected upon
    request from production list and confirmation by a function switch.  

  • Automatic join of new spacer bar/profile.

  • Set up for both 5 and 6 meter spacer-bars/profiles on order.

  • 5 support positions on 6 meter spacer bars,
    giving support on each spacer for every 1,2 meters when in storage.

  • Refilling during production possible.

  • Fully automatic 1 slot magazine

  • 12 extra storage slots.

  • 1 slot automatic controlled by software and automatically selected upon
    request from production list and confirmation by a function switch.

  • Set up for both 5 and 6 meter spacer-bars/profiles on order.

  • 5 support positions on 6 meter spacer bars,
    giving support on each spacer for every 1,2 meters when in storage.

  • 1 manual slot magazine

  • 6 extra storage slots.  

  • Join of new spacer bar/profile, insert by hand and join by pressing pedal.

  • Set up for both 5 and 6 meter spacer-bars/profiles on order.

  • 5 support positions on 6 meter spacer bars,
    giving support on each spacer for every 1,2 meters when in storage.

  • Refilling during production possible.
