Second-hand Rjukan Machine
We have second-hand machines on stock at all times.
The machines are completely stripped and refitted with new equipment.
All machines will go through the same testing and quality certification as new machines, with the same level of tolerance.
MB 440, Direction Right to Left.
This machine is refitted with original engine system from Neckar and running on Mitsubishi PLC system.
All components are brand new, and rewired with new cables and air tubes.
The tool line of the machine includes a curve tool for circle model frames, as well as an upgraded bending head for cold bendable warm edge spacers and aluminum spacers.
The bending head operates automatically between the different widths and types of spacer bars. No tool change, and therefore no action needed from the operator.
The electrical saw fitted on the machine is set up with a universal saw blade and will automatically change speed in accordance with the material used.
The machine is set up with a Windows 11 computer and new software prepared to run with all the larger production software on the marked, as well as communication with different printers and lasers.
