The bending machine Master-Bend 9-series are prepared for the following spacer ars/profiles:

The 9 series Master-Bend comes in 3 different sizes:

• MB 950, 5 meter tool line, total size machine 5169 mm

• MB 940, 4 meter tool line, total size machine 3919 mm.

• MB 925, 2,5 meter tool line, total size machine 2669 mm.

With additional option for the following spacer bars/profiles (depending on machine size):

• Swiss spacer

• Multitech

• SP16 (TGI Precision)

• + Other hot bendable spacers.

With additional option for the following equipment (depending on machine size):

• Lifting system for larger frames

• Tool line preparation for smaller frame production

• Printing systems (ink or laser)

• Gas drill/punch.

• Georgian punch

• Curve tool for curved frames.

The bending machine Master-Bend 9-series can be set up to run with the following magazines:

• AM0-6, Manual magazine with 6 slot storage.

• AM01-6, Semi-automatic,1 slot automatic and 6 storage.

• AM01-12, Semi-automatic,1 slot automatic and 12 storage. 

• AM14, Fully automatic 14 slot and 1 manual slot.
